Are you concerned about collecting credit card or sensitive user data? If so, any data collected on your Form will be stored on Salesforce servers, therefore this policy is set and determined by Salesforce.
As long as the fields used to collect any sensitive data are encrypted fields, it is acceptable within the Form settings and we strongly encourage all Users to exercise all security measures including the use of encrypted Fields in Salesforce.
