Forms for Salesforce user interface make it easy to manage your forms from one place. Let's review!
Dashboard Elements
The following elements are on the Form Dashboard page:
1. Create New Form button: Draft a new form.
2. Search Bar: Locate a draft or published form by name.
3. Sort Order dropdown: Utilize the dropdown to sort your form list.
4. Select All button: Take action on all forms in the current page view.
Individual Form Elements
Take action on a single form! Forms are listed by their name and objects —or what your form will store data in.
1. Edit: Select to populate the form to review and edit its settings like name and objects, content, rules, style, alerts, and documents.
2. Duplicate: Use to copy a form and all settings with the original form name + "- Copy." Update the copied form to a new name from Edit > Form Settings > Form Name.
3. Preview: View the form in your current browser; the form display will populate in a new tab.
4. Delete: Delete the form from the list. Any published forms deleted will no longer be available.
5. Form Active/Inactive toggle button: Control if the form can be accessed or not by your users.
6: Draft icon: View whether there are unpublished changes you've made to the form.
7. Migrate: For forms that do not have drafts, move forms from your product to your sandbox org. See more on migrating your forms here.
8. Submissions: Utilize the dropdown to see an at-a-glance view of all submissions on the form including whether they were successful, failed, or pending.
9. Publish Options: Manage how to distribute the active form. See more on publishing your forms here.
