Submitting Data using the iPhone App

With our iPhone application, you can submit your Forms in addition to viewing and searching submitted data.

To submit to a form, select the Form that you want to submit from the My Forms tab. Once open, you can click 'Submit' at the bottom to open the mobile friendly version of the Form so that you can enter information into the fields and then click the Submit button once finished. Your entry will be instantly saved in the database.

Viewing Submitted Data using the iPhone App

The iPhone app gives you full access to view your Submissions and also the ability to view charts.

Once again you can select which Form you want to work with on the My Forms tab and you can then click the option of Submissions at the bottom to view the saved Submissions in your database. This will pull up a full list of Submissions that you can click on to view the individual data for each.

Note: Forms with Data Encryption enabled will require the encryption password be entered before Submissions can be viewed.

If you select the Charts option when in your Form, you will be given the option of which field you want to view charts for. Once selected, the chart will automatically generate so you can better analyze the information that has come into your Form.
