Re-running Integrations

If your integration fails when a form is submitted you may be able to re-run the integration to re-try submitting the data to the 3rd party service.

Note: You cannot re-run payment, file upload storage, or Pardot integrations.

Re-running single submissions

 

If an integration fails upon submission, check your integration settings for errors in API or login credentials or in the mapping of form fields. Then, click on a submission in your database. You will see ‘Integration Status’ on the left side of the submission. Click "Run Again". The integration will begin running. If it is successful, a green "Success" message will appear. If it is not, a red "Failed” message will be shown. If this happens, go back to your integration settings and check for other errors in setup.

 

Re-running multiple submissions in bulk

 

If you'd like to re-run multiple failed submissions, check off the submissions that appear red in the submission table, then click 'Resend to Integration'.

 

 

If you have multiple integrations enabled on the form, you'll need to choose which integration you want to rerun first.

 

If all submissions in the table have failed to send to the integration you can resend all of them at once by clicking 'Resend All to Integration'.
