Formstack offers scheduled phone support in English to our Platinum and above Account holders or to Account holders who have purchased a Phone Consultation package which can be added to any plan level!
To request a callback from Formstack Support:
1. Navigate to the Formstack Help Portal which provides immediate answers and solutions to our most common questions and issues.
2. Click on the relevant category and issue to find a solution. If you don't find what you're looking for in the Formstack Help Portal, you can:
Submit a ticket.
If you're on a Platinum account or higher, create a new case here and initiate your phone support request. Please make sure to include the date(s) and time(s) you're available, including the time zone.
Please note that this option is only available during operating business hours:
Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
These hours may fluctuate when high call volumes are experienced.
