Below is a list of common errors experienced when integrating Formstack Forms and WebMerge. Here you can reference frequently encountered errors and the suggested corrective action to resolve them. Some errors are dependent on your Form and WebMerge settings, so additional troubleshooting may be necessary.
- There was an error submitting the data to WebMerge: (500):
- Typically a 500 error indicates that there is an issue with the document within WebMerge you are integrating with. You will want to open the document and check for any issues when doing so. If none appear, we suggest reaching out to WebMerge support for assistance with the document.
- There was an error submitting the data to WebMerge: (404):
- A 404 error indicates that the document within WebMerge you are integrating your Form with no longer exists. Refresh your integration settings by clicking the green refresh arrow next to the document dropdown when going to Settings > WebMerge in your Form. This will refresh the documents list and allow you to select an existing document.
