Formstack Agency model allows for the ownership of Parent Formstack Account that can access and control Child-Accounts all from one User login account.
What is an Agency Model Account?
These Accounts allow client sub-accounts to be added to your primary (or Parent) Formstack account. With the Agency Model, clients will only have access to their account, forms, and data. While the Agency accounts can easily toggle between Parent and Child Accounts while using one login. The Agency Model is available for Platinum plans and higher. In the Agency account, a toolbar will be placed in the upper-right portion of your Account notating the company name. This is designed to showcase which Agency Account you are accessing. From this view, you may add Clients or Invite them to an Account by clicking on the drop-down next to the company name.
After clicking Add/Invite New Client, enter the Name, Email Address, and Company of the client you are looking to add and select to invite or add. Upon submitting, a system-generated email will be sent to the recipient inviting them to the Account and providing them to log in and access instructions.
Inviting a Client
The invitation to the Client will include all the necessary setup and activation steps. In the email, the client will click the link to create a Formstack account. While waiting for the Agency response, the toolbar will show as pending. Once the account is created, the company will show as active in the toolbar drop-down.
Adding a Client
Agencies can add clients as Platinum Formstack accounts at a 30% discount from Platinum pricing. When adding the client, the Agency will need to agree to the Billing Changes and Terms & Conditions. After clicking “Add Account”, the page will go to the Bill Setup to enter payment information.
Navigating to Clients
In the Agency toolbar, select the desired client from the drop-down. From here, you will be taken directly to the Account where you may create forms, users, etc. If you attempt to invite/add a client through a client's account, you will be prompted to return back to the Agency account to add/invite users through the Agency setup workflow.
