Users Overview

The multi-user functionality was built specifically for teams who have multiple people logging in and making changes to forms and templates, using data, editing data, approving submissions, and utilizing all aspects of an account.

Additional users are great for agencies or web design/creative professionals who have multiple clients who require online forms for their web sites and want to give read/write/full permissions to some or all of their forms and templates. Additional users are also great for businesses who have multiple business units that are creating forms and accessing data, but don't necessarily want everyone to have the same permissions on each form or template.


Note that you do NOT need multiple user accounts in order to:

  • Send submitted data to multiple email recipients
  • Share submitted data using share URLs or RSS feeds
  • Allow multiple users to submit a form


Adding Users

First, new Users can only be added by an Account Admin. You can add a new user by clicking the "Add Users" button.



When adding a new user, you will be required to enter a first name, last name, and an email address. When the user is saved, an email will be to create a password and login instructions.



Editing an Existing User Profile


Next, to each user, you can see if the user is an Admin or Regular User. Click the Edit symbol to make any changes to the User's Profile, like if you need to edit their Email or Name. You can also click the Delete button to remove the user.


Adding User(s)


Adding a User Individually


If you click the Add Users button, you can either add a User individually by entering their Name or Email. Once you click Save, you can add additional information like their Avatar and Twitter handle.


Adding Users in Bulk


You can also choose to add users in bulk by uploading a CSV file. Drag and drop the file you would like to use to add users. You can also choose to add these users to a Group or Create a New Group. You can also assign Permissions for these Users. ‚ÄčFor more details on Permissions, click here.




Searching for a User


In the search bar, you can search for a user you would like to find if you would like to easily locate that user.



Selecting Users


Select Users en masse and decide if you would like to Add them to a Group, Delete Users, or Send Password Reset emails.



Sorting Users

Choose to Sort Users as well by Alphabetical, Last Login, or Role.

User Limits

User limits on our different plans are as follows:

  • Starter - 1 user
  • Teams - 5 users
  • Pro - 10 users
