With Formstack's Users and Groups feature, now it is easier than ever to manage the Users who utilize your Formstack account and ways to easily group them!
To access Users and Groups, click the Person Symbol towards the top right and then click Users and Groups.
Users and Groups Overview
In the overview, you can see three main areas of the Users and Groups page.
Here, you can get an overview of the number of Users and Groups your Formstack account is currently using. If you need more Users and/or Groups, you can click the Upgrade Account button to get more Users and/or groups.
Here, you can see the users within your Formstack Account. You can add, edit, and delete an individual User or a large group of users. For more information on Users, check out this Help Article.
Now you can easily group users together in ways that make sense for your organization. For example, I may want to create Groups for my Marketing team, Executive Team and Sales Team so I can easily manage my Users and give them the permissions they need to work with Formstack!
