FAQ: Early Adopter Program (EAP)

The Early Adopter Program (EAP) is a program that customers can voluntarily opt into that will allow their account to gain access to product features before they are rolled out to all customers. EAP members will then have the opportunity to give feedback to the Formstack team on the new features.

 

Will everyone in my account have access to the features?

 

Yes. Currently we do not have the ability to only opt in specific users to our EAP. All users on the account will have access to features rolled out through the EAP.

 

How will I know when a new feature is in my account?

 

You will be notified of new features added in your account by an in-app notification. 

 

How can I give feedback on features in my account?

 

EAP members will have the ability to give feedback through polls that will appear inside the app.

 

Will the features rolled out to my account be in beta?

 

Features that are rolled out to accounts in the EAP will be full QA’d and completely functional. We use the EAP as a feedback loop to collect the opinions of our customers. We do not use the EAP as a test or beta environment.

 

How do I sign up my account for the EAP?

 

Customers can opt their account into Formstack’s EAP by completing this form. You will receive a confirmation email a couple days later when your account has been added into our system

 

Can I opt my account out of the EAP?

 

Yes. You are able to easily opt out of the EAP by completing this form. You will receive a confirmation email a couple days later when your account has been removed from our system
