To ensure your documents maintain their original aesthetic and layout, we encourage you to embed the required fonts directly into your files. By doing so, you're essentially securing the font details within the document, ensuring it remains consistent regardless of the platform on which it's viewed or processed. This method not only guarantees consistent display and print quality but also reduces reliance on external font resources.
Steps for embedding a font:
Step 1 - Download the latest template from FS Documents (if not already downloaded/prepared)
Step 2 - Open the template in Microsoft Office
Step 3 - Enable font embedding option in Office settings:
On Mac: Preferences -> Save -> Embed fonts in the file
On Windows: Options -> Save -> Embed fonts in the file

Step 4 - Save the document
