Podio and Formstack Documents work together pretty well. Sometimes, you want to send merged data to Podio. We've made that pretty easy, so check it out!
Set Up An Already Existing Integration
To begin, select the template which you wish to send to Podio and select the Deliver tab
Click on the + New Delivery button
Next, click on CRM
Then select Podio
Here, you'll need to ensure the correct account is selected
Next, select the Item ID you wish to use
Finally, hit Save Delivery
To Set Up a New Integration
Setting up a new integration is pretty easy too. Let's dive in!
To begin, select the template which you wish to send to Podio and select the Deliver tab
Click on the + New Delivery button
Next, click on CRM
Then select Podio
You'll be directed to log into your Podio account.
Input the email associated with the Podio account you're attempting to connect
Input the password for the Podio account you're attempting to connect
Sign In!
Click Save Delivery

Sometimes you need a bit more flexibility with your delivery options. Don't worry, we've got you covered!
Always send to Podio - use this when you have conditional logic built into your delivery and you want to ensure delivery no matter what.
Update item fields - pretty self-explanatory. Use this to update item fields in your Podio account once the merge is complete.
Delay this delivery - also self-explanatory. You can delay deliveries by up to 30 days.
