Need an easy way to dynamically insert a hyperlink and hyperlink text anywhere into a Word document? It's as easy as 1 2 3 with Formstack Documents. Let's get started!
1 - Create the merge field for your link text - here we'll use {$link_title}
2 - Highlight, then right-click the new merge field, then select the Hyperlink option and create another merge field for the Address - here we'll use {$link_address}
3 - Now upload your Word template to Documents. You can see from the Test tab that both the link title and the link address show up as individual merge fields in Documents
Done! Now your recipients can click on the link from within the delivered output!
