The Formstack Agentforce Extension enhances the capabilities of Formstack’s native-to-Salesforce form builder with Agentforce by delivering a “formless” data collection experience powered by Agents, elevating every interaction across the customer journey.
Pre-Installation Notes:
-
Before getting started, please verify that your Salesforce org has the correct Agentforce features and permissions enabled. For example, the “Turn on Einstein” toggle found by going to Setup Quick Find > Generative AI > Einstein setup needs to be toggled on. Otherwise, you won’t be able to install or use this app extension.
-
Ensure that you have Forms for Salesforce with an active subscription installed in your Salesforce org prior to installing the Formstack Agentforce Extension.
First, go to the AppExchange in your org and search for “Formstack” → specifically, the “Accelerate AI-Powered Customer Interactions - Formstack Agentforce Extension” app. Once you click on the app’s icon, you should see a page like this:
To begin the installation process, click the “Get It Now” button.
From there, you will be prompted to select a destination org:
Once you have selected the desired org, click the “Install” button. You will then be prompted to verify information and accept Salesforce’s terms and conditions:
After confirming, you may be prompted to log back into your org. If prompted, log back in.
The next step is the standard Salesforce window to choose which profiles will have access to the app. Generally speaking, granting access to all profiles makes permissions management easier (and data access can be controlled via profiles, permissions or sharing rules elsewhere), however, if you have questions or concerns, please consult your org’s System Administrator or security policy.
Click “Install” and the app should be installed quickly. Sometimes, you may see a window saying you’ll receive an email once it’s installed; if so, click out of that window and keep an eye on your email to confirm the app is installed.
Possible Error Warnings:
