Emailed contracts and renewals, for example, can easily be identified with your company’s logo throughout the signing process while backed with the security of Forsmstack. Here’s how!
From your Sign Account, select your Avatar, and choose Account Settings from the listed options.
View the current logo (defaulted to the Formstack logo) or upload a new image using drag and drop or upload the file.
Who can add a logo?
Sign Admins may add a logo. This logo is used across the Organization and is not customizable per email template.
How big can my logo be?
The recommended file size is 48px by 48px and less than 1 MB.
Will security change by adding a custom logo?
Security will not be modified by adding a custom logo. Security measures in place are documented in the documentation completion certificate for each signed document.
Are there other customizations we can do for our signers?

Will all emails contain our custom logo?
Currently, there are restrictions on what emails contain the custom logo. Emails that do not include your custom logo include:
- Invitation to join Formstack Sign
- Document Notification Failed
- Reminder Emails
- Email confirmations with your contacts have been imported
- Send out for signature emails
- Your agreement is ready to be signed emails
