Charts can be created to display the submissions made to Dropdown List, Checkbox, Radio Button, Matrix, and Number fields.
To view your charts, go to your Submissions tab and click on the Charts tab at the top of the table.
Note: For security purposes, the Chart functions are not available on encrypted forms.
Click on the "Settings" button on the right side of the Charts report to view all of the fields that have charts associated with them.
Check the box next to each field for which you want to create a chart. Not all chart types are available for all field types. Fields that cannot be used to create charts will not show up in the list.
Charts can be viewed one or two to a line. By default, they are displayed two to a line. To change the view to one to a line, click the gear then the outward-facing arrows to expand the chart. This can make viewing charts that contain a lot of data points easier to read. (Note: You cannot set charts to always display one to a line. You must do this manually each time.)
You can also easily toggle between a vertical bar graph, horizontal bar graph, or pie chart view by clicking on these icons to change the chart type.
To print a chart, click on the 'hamburger' icon in the top-right corner of the chart. This will bring up the print dialog box for quick printing. (If the dialog box does not automatically pop up, you should still be brought to a printer-friendly version of your chart. From there, you can choose to print from the File button in the browser menu.)
Note: If you would like to print more than one chart to a page, right click off to the side of the screen while viewing your charts and select "Print." This will print all charts on the page at the same time.
You can export your chart to a raster or vector image via the download icon that appears next to the print button in the top-right corner of the chart. When you click the download icon, you are given the option to download your chart and save it to your computer as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG.
Note: If you would like to save more than one chart to a single document (a PDF, for example), you may have this ability. If your print dialog box gives you the option to save as a PDF, you can follow these steps: 1) Right click off to the side of the screen while viewing your charts and select "Print." 2) In the print dialog box, select "Save as PDF." (You may have to choose to change the selected printer in order for the "Save as PDF" option to show up.)
You can create a share link for your charts (and/or other data) via the "Share" button in the top-center portion of the screen when viewing your charts. When you click this icon, you will be given the option to share only the charts, the data table & charts, or everything.
Once you choose your share level and click OK, a share link will be generated which you can then copy and share with others.
