You may need to retrieve the signing link to troubleshoot an issue for a signer or if you would like to confirm that the link is working correctly. To do this select the Remind menu from the Actions drop-down menu for the document in question.
Once you have pulled up the remind menu you will select Copy Signing Link. This will display the signing link for the recipient. From here click the Copy button. You have now copied the signing link and this can be pasted into an email or to support if needed.
*Please note that this link will allow you to access the document as the signing recipient- it is recommend to treat this link like a pin code. The link displayed here will be only for the current signer - notated by the green dot by the recipient's name on the my documents page.
