To better help us solve your issues, at times we will need your Organization ID. The Organization ID is unique to every Salesforce environment and helps us review your license as well as which environment to log in to when you grant us access.
To retrieve the organization ID, go to Setup > Company Information in the Quick Find box. From here, you can copy the Salesforce Organization ID.
