Batchbook Error: Failed to add Batchbook entry - Invalid currency Status Code: 422
This error means that a field mapped to a Currency field might have alphabetical characters. Batchbook typically requires only numbers in Currency fields. Change any field mapped to a number field to prevent this error.
You can change the field type by clicking on the field, then choosing the Number field from the 'Field Type' dropdown list at the top of the field settings panel.
Batchbook Error: Failed to add Batchbook entry - Your account is deactivated. Status Code: 401
This error means your Batchbook user instance might be locked, or your account may have been closed. You'll want to reach out to Batchbook Support to see if they can open your account.
Batchbook Error: Failed to add Batchbook entry - One of the options chosen is not a valid option for this multiple choice custom field Status Code: 422
This error means that the field type used in Formstack might not be compatible with multiple choice field in Batchbooks. Try changing the field type in Formstack to a Drop Down menu to see if that resolves the issue.

This error suggests the field mapped only accepts a Yes/No answer, otherwise know as Boolean values. You'll want to change the Formstack field so it only accepts those two options or re-map the field
