Embedding your Formstack Form on a wix site is a great way to elevate a customized experience for your customers. check the instructions below for some easy next steps on how to set this up.
The first step is going to be to add a HTML content area widget/app to your site. This can be done by using the "Add Element" option on the left and then scrolling down to the Embed Code section. For this example, we've chosen the "Embed HTML" option.
The next step is going to be copying over the javascript embed code from the share tab of your Form. This can be found under the website embed section on that tab.
The last step is going to be to copy the HTML code from your Formstack Form into the widget you had previously placed onto your site. Make sure you have the widget & code option selected. Paste the code in the box and click the update button to populate your page with the form.
After the page has been updated with a preview of your form, then you can make adjustments as needed to match your design preferences.
