We've strengthened our collaboration by adding roundtrip capabilities. This allows for automatic saving of signed documents directly into the Applied Epic activity records.
The Formstack for Applied Epic integration streamlines the digital signature process for both all parties, delivering significant benefits:

Reduced Time Spent on Administrative tasks: Agents can send documents directly from Applied Epic and be saved back on that contact record, eliminating manual data entry and saving valuable time.

Enhanced Data Quality: Signed documents automatically populate the corresponding activity record, ensuring accuracy and completeness within Applied Epic.
Here is how it works.
In Applied Epic, locate and select one or more documents you want to send out for digital signature from the Attachments view on a primary account holder's record. Click “Actions” or right click to view the available actions & then Select the “Send to e-Signature” option in the list.
Next, you will choose who you want to send the document out for signature to. When prompted, select the contact that the document should be sent to from the top section of the “Add eSignature Contacts” window. Click “To” then “Finish”, this will bring the document from Applied Epic to Formstack for digital routing.
In the window that appears, login to Formstack Sign.
Setup and route the document for signature that has been brought over from Applied Epic. Making the process easier for agents, the participant information from the Applied Epic contact is also brought into Formstack Sign.
Using Formstack’s simple drag & drop interface on the left hand side, agents can quickly indicate what needs to be completed and signed on the document.
Some of the additional options include:

Write personalized message that the signer receives via text message or email

Send automated reminders - these will be sent out as long as the document is unsigned.

Add viewers that should be cc’d upon the completion of the document being digitally signed.

Password protect the document
Review the document to ensure the signature blocks, initials, name and other key areas are set up. Hit Send.
The document is being sent to the first participant in the routing, you can view the activity record in Applied Epic.
Once the document is signed, the agent will receive two instant notifications of completion. In Applied Epic, the agent will receive a notification where they can view the activity record and see the attached signed PDF document. The agent will also receive a copy of the document via email.

Integrating your Formstack Sign account with your Applied Epic account couldn't be easier! Simply reach out to the support team at Applied Systems using this link and request that they connect your Formstack Sign Account with your Applied Epic account. The Applied team should be able to connect the accounts within 48 hours allowing your team to start sending documents for signature right within Applied Epic.
