If you receive the error " Email not sent. Send Email failed: You do not have permission to send email" when using the Dynamic Prefill Send by Email option, you have an issue with your Email Deliverability within Salesforce.
To correct this go to the Setup section of Salesforce
Navigate to Email > Deliverability > Modify the access level to "All email"?
