Can I upgrade my package if I subscribe annually?
Yes! If you choose to upgrade part of the way through an annual subscription, we will only charge you the annual rate difference between your current tier and the upgraded tier, prorated for the rest of your subscription period.
Is there a refund for an annual subscription if I cancel part way through the year?
Our policy for annual subscriptions is that they are not refundable. Our 14-day free trial enables you to test all functionality of Formstack prior to committing to a purchase. After purchasing Formstack, our technical sales team and support team will also work to ensure a successful implementation to ensure Formstack meets your needs.
However, if your organization has been experiencing instability or demonstrable technical glitches, with proof we are happy to refund the remaining part of the annual subscription fee minus.
