When selecting your ideal Form configuration, you'll have the ability to choose Formstack Forms and/or Formstack Forms for Salesforce products. We have outlined those differences here to help make a decision that best fits your needs. It does not need to be an “either/or” decision – many Formstack customers use both products as they complement each other.
The most important distinction is Formstack Forms is an integration that allows you to sync data from a form into Salesforce. Formstack Forms for Salesforce is 100% native to Salesforce and has the advantage of building forms directly within your Salesforce org (drag-and-drop); pre-filling data on forms from your Salesforce org; and processing all data local to the Salesforce org including the form submission process, save for later submissions and final form submissions.
