As part of the Formstack Platform, Workflows combines Forms, Documents, and Sign into one sequence builder to capture data, generate documents, and collect eSignatures from one no-code flow. Begin your trial to get started!


 

Workflow benefits

  1. Visual Workflow Builder: The interface has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to build your workflow steps and automatically recognizes Formstack apps on your accounts so you can use them right away. 
  2. Custom Branding: Add logos, colors, and fonts, and enhance design elements to your forms and documents to reflect your company’s branding. 
  3. Form-to-Form Prefill: Workflows enable you to easily include multiple forms in your process to prefill with data from previous workflow steps. 
  4. Dynamic Participants: Determine participants for each step in your workflow based on previous step information. 
  5. Build workflows with teams: Enable team members to build, share, and manage workflows pertinent to their department. 
  6. Workflow Dashboard: Track workflow progress and gain insights from one source of truth. 


 

Formstack products 

Workflows has the capability of combining all Formstack apps to guide your participant(s) through, including: 

  • Forms: Use Formstack Forms to collect information from your participants. You can send data to other systems using integrations configured for your form in Forms app or through custom API integrations. Submitted data can be mapped to other steps in a workflow.   • Documents: Use Formstack Documents to create branded documents containing data collected using Forms. Use advanced conditional logic to merge only the data that is needed automatically. Send created documents for signature using Workflows. See more on configuring Document steps. 
  • Sign: Enable multiple participants to e-sign documents created from Sign templates or through the Formstack Documents app. Sign documents are enriched with data collected through Form submissions. See more on configuring Sign steps.
  • Forms for Salesforce: Collect and update existing data in Salesforce through form submissions. See more on configuring Forms for Salesforce steps.
