Salesforce primary users can grant Formstack Support login access to their Forms for Salesforce instance. Here's how!
Note: Please ensure access to your org is granted for at least 7 days
Grant Support login access in Salesforce Classic
Step 1: Expand the dropdown next to your name.
Step 2: Select My Settings from the available options.
Step 3: Click Personal Grant Account Login Access.
Step 4: Choose Formstack Support and grant minimum 7-day login access for Support to ensure visibility for extensive troubleshooting as needed.
Grant Support login access in Lightning
Step 1: Expand the dropdown next to your name.
Step 2: Select Settings to access all options.
Step 3: Click Personal Grant Account Login Access.
Step 4: Choose Formstack Support and grant minimum 7-day login access for Support to ensure visibility for extensive troubleshooting as needed.
