For Accounts on our Trial plans, Notification and Confirmation Emails are deactivated. This is something in place to help prevent spam or email abuse, however, if you'd like to trial these features please reach out to the Formstack Support team by creating a ticket in our Support Portal.
In addition to this, Public Submissions are deactivated for accounts that are not trialing or on a paid account. Public Submissions can be collected while on a trial, however. If you'd like to collect submissions after your trial has ended, please upgrade to one of our paid accounts to have this ability available once again.
