Yes, this can be done using Email Logic in your Notification and Confirmation emails. When you setup your Notification/Confirmation emails, you will see an "Email Logic" link and clicking this will allow you to setup a filter dictating that this emails will only be sent if certain criteria are met. The criteria in question are dependent on how the end user answers the Form.
