Yes, this type of configuration can be done using our Routing Logic function. When you set up your actions, you will notice a "Logic" link, and clicking this will allow you to set up a filter dictating where the submitter will be sent if certain criteria are met. The criteria in question are dependent on how the end user answers the questions on the Form.
