The 'Report Abuse' link is at the bottom of your forms because your account is on a trial period. We occasionally come across spammers and phishers using trial accounts inappropriately, so we need to have a way for the general public to report these phishing/abusive forms.
Under a Trial plan, there is not a way to remove this link. However, as soon as your account has been switched to a paid plan, the report abuse link will be automatically removed.
