Formstack Sign
- Sign Reminder Timezone - In the past, sign reminders would be collected and sent about 9:00am Eastern time, across all Formstack Sign customers. Now, you can link the timing of the reminder to the Timezone setting for the Sender User. The reminder process will trigger once per hour, 24 hours a day, and reminders for each document will be sent about 9:00am in the Sender's timezone.

Formstack Documents
- Fixed an issue where users received an error when trying to add or re-authenticate a Formstack Sign delivery account in Formstack Documents.
- Fixed an issue where fillable PDF templates could display formatting problems when previewing or downloading the generated document.
- Fixed an issue where ShareFile deliveries were not being sent after a document was signed when the 'Delay Other Deliveries' option was enabled.
- Fixed an issue where using JSON data in a template merge could result in a timeout error and cause the merge output to appear blank.
- Fixed an issue where merging documents using the legacy merge engine could produce a Word file that prompted users with an 'unreadable content' repair warning when opening.
- Fixed an issue where merging large Word documents to PDF would sometimes fail entirely instead of completing successfully or retrying automatically.
- Fixed an issue where reconnecting a Salesforce delivery account would show a broken error page instead of a helpful message, leaving the account stuck in a disconnected state.
Formstack Forms
- Fixed an issue where the form builder did not alert administrators when conditional logic referenced fields that no longer existed on the form, which could prevent forms from working correctly. The builder will now display a warning that identifies the affected fields and guides administrators to update the broken logic.
- Fixed an issue where confirmation emails on HIPAA accounts would fail to send due to a 'Send From' validation error when a custom email address was configured.
- Fixed an issue where forms stored in subfolders would not appear in search results for users who had been granted access to the parent folder.
- Fixed an issue where the Salesforce integration would fail when a form submission was first created via the API, requiring a manual retry to complete successfully.
- Fixed an issue where only 100 folders were displayed when mapping a Box integration, even when more than 100 folders were available.
- Fixed an issue where form fields could not be included in email subject lines when using the Enhanced Data Security 'Include fields and attachments on emails' setting, even though they could be added to the email body.
- Fixed an issue where reassigning a workflow submission to a new user was not reflected when accessing submission data via the API, which continued to return the original assignee instead of the updated one.
- Fixed an issue where Safari users received a 'security code does not match' error when submitting a form with a security verification (reCAPTCHA) enabled, causing all previously entered form responses to be lost.
- Fixed an issue where submitting a form with the First Name field left blank would correctly block the submission, but no error message or visual indicator appeared to let users know the First Name field was required.
- Fixed an issue where webhooks would fail to send submission data when a file upload field received more than one file, even if the field was not configured to allow multiple uploads.
- Fixed an issue where submitting a form with a large amount of data could cause the Salesforce integration to fail and be repeatedly retried, resulting in the same submission being processed multiple times.
- Fixed an issue where Workflow Forms were not properly integrating with Formstack Documents, which could cause documents to be delayed or not generated as expected.
- Fixed an issue where custom brand fonts did not load correctly on embedded forms for certain configurations.

Formstack Sign
- Fixed an issue where selecting and uploading multiple documents at once would only process some files, causing the remaining documents to be skipped.
- Fixed an issue where custom landing page URLs containing double dashes (--) were incorrectly flagged as invalid in Formstack Sign, preventing users from saving certain URLs as their landing page.
- Fixed an issue where uploading large documents via the Formstack Sign API could fail with an error, preventing the document from being sent successfully.
Formstack Workflows
- Fixed an issue where the approval step on the dashboard displayed the wrong assignee, showing the person assigned to the previous step instead of the correct approval step assignee.
- Fixed an issue where typing an email address into certain required fields would not work correctly — the field would clear itself after entering only a character or two.

- Per-form prefill key validation toggle - Admins can now enforce prefill keys on individual forms via a new "Enable Prefill Key Validation" setting on `Previous_Form__c` (off by default), without requiring an org-wide lockdown.

- Fixed an issue where customers on annual plans would incorrectly see a 'You have exceeded your submission limit' warning even when they were well within their allowed number of submissions.
- Fixed an issue where clicking 'Approve & Publish' on a migration draft would fail silently and show an infinite loading spinner for certain large forms.

- Support External Client App (ECA) — Salesforce is updating how third-party apps connect to Salesforce org to a more secure standard - External Client Apps (ECA). This release adds support for the new ECA v3 connection type, so Formstack integration stays compliant with Salesforce's security requirements.
Defect Fixes
- Fixed an issue where publishing a large form would fail with an error instead of saving successfully.
- Fixed an issue where a form could lose all of its fields if the builder was saved after a page failed to load due to a decompress service failure.
- Fixed an issue where multi-page native forms with at least one compressed page would silently lose upsert field mappings during submission, causing upsert-enabled fields to be ignored and potentially creating duplicate records instead of updating existing ones.
